So now I am back working. I am going to be working at Time Warner Cable in Customer Service. I am in my third day of training. And today it is getting confusing. Today we finally started on all the new codes. And some of them really are new, not just new to me

I'm glad to hear that you were able to find a new job...Training is a very confusing time...are the codes 3 letter ones? When I started at National Grid, we heard 3 letter abbreviations for many many things. How long is your training? Hopefully they will give you job aids to make it easier...if not you can create your own.
