That's so awesome! Congratulations!

I do have a question though- how did you go about selling the project when it wasn't finished yet? I think (though I could be wrong) it could make a good blog post.

I sold the project on partial (in this case 5 chapters and a synopsis). I've sold most of my work on partial, so I didn't even think about it being strange. You're right. I should blog about this. Maybe tomorrow!
