Okay...I'm going to have to look again. I saved the ep, but isn't the outfit Sam is wearing in the pic the outfit Dean had on??????

Dean had on a navy blue coat, jeans and a grey henley shirt with a flannel shirt over the grey t-shirt. Now it might be the same button up flannel but everything else is diff.

Yeah, you're right. It's navy blue, but in the preview for next week the jacket looks green. Of course you know none of this will matter once we figure out what's really going on. hehehe

Okay, after much looking at the DVR, I can't tell. It looks like it, but the shirt is throwing me off. The one Sam is wearing looks redder in color than the one Dean is wearing.

And the crypt he's standing in front of looks like the one that explodes in black in the preview so I'm not sure.

It all sounds very possible, but I keep remembering a spoiler(article) that said "Dean will pay the ultimate price to save Sammy" and on IMDB there is some girl cast as "deal making demon" so I don't know. I really hope what you speculate is true, but I'm a little worried. We'll see! Thanks for the pic though and yes, it definetly looks like Sam lying there and he did have a bronw coat on.
