ugh isn't he so cute? I can't even stand how this chapter turned out, I kept editing and eventually Barney was awesome, when I sort of just meant for him to be confused. What a guy! ;-) glad you're liking the story!!! Thanks for commenting (as always, totally brightens my day every time)

Great chapter! Love how you remembered (it was intentional, right?) that Robin does the crossword in pencil ("who uses ink?"), not pen. I'm also enjoying the shifts in perspective, although it'd be nice to see a little more of what Marshall/Lily/Ted think about this at some point. :)

oh yes intentional! of course! Yeah eventually Lily and Marshall and Ted will get involved eventually. I'm kind of a Barney whore so it's hard for me to stay away from him for too long ;-)
