O'Brien is all sorts of win. God I loved O'Brien-Bashir. (Not so much O'Brien/Bashir, but only because I also loved Garak/Bashir.)

Oh.... this is heart breaking.
I remember the Episode of Deep space 9 when Obrien went through this... That was horrible.

*sobs* You guys made me get out those tissues. The thought of Jim living without McCoy is so heartbreaking. I am so glad it wasn't real. Stupid Dalmarrans need to their asses kicked. However, although was they did was mean, it help Jim seem what life would be without his Bones. And I am sure that is a life he doesn't wish to lead.

Exactly! It's one of those "ghost of Christmas future" things. Although it's a hell of a way to learn...I know I used to get mad when I had dreams about writing term papers and then woke up and found out they weren't real.
