cards_slash writes McSpirk; they have a fic masterpost on their journal you should check out, but I particularly liked How We Found Ourselves, where Spock is bonded to Kirk and McCoy after a Pon Farr accident.

And on the K/S Archive, I liked all the pining and uncertainty of Dream Deferred by TDazz.
