Glancing through my bookmarks...

Once Upon a Time has Spock as royalty, Jim as a servant. It's not very big on the power dynamics really but it is a relationship society's against. Set in two alternate realities.

The People We Are, The Choices We Make is BDSM universe, although it's not K/S so I don't know if it'll interest you? It's not exactly a pairing fic at all really, but it *includes* a lot of pairings, e.g. Kirk/McCoy, Spock/Uhura, Spock/McCoy and others.

There's a couple of other ST fics on my BDSM universe thematic list, but I don't think any of them are K/S.
