I've read a number of stories that deal w. the fallout of Kirk and Spock Prime melding on Delta Vega and Kirk finding out that in the TOS verse he and Spock were lovers. EPIC LOVERS

There is a lovely fic where nu!Spock gets a broad hint from Spock Prime that McCoy is the one and therefore considers it logical to pursue a closer relationahsip with the doctor. McCoy is having none of it (until at last he is, of course). Amanda's love of jazz plays a part! But I've no idea where I read it. I'm hoping someone else with rec it for you so I can go and reread it! :)
