Okay, so just going through my Delicious page, I think these stories include bottom!Kirk in some form or another. Not all are long I'm afraid, or series, but I hope they help a little.

- Five Times Bones Tried to Anticipate Jim’s Medical Needs and Failed and One Time He Succeeded A shorter PG-13 one, without the actual sex exactly as far as I can remember, but it's bottom!Jim, and a good story I think, so I included it.

- In Perfect Trust
This one is fantastic, and it's long (4 parts), but a few warnings for Blood play, Medical play, and needle play, with a essence of BDSM.

- I wanna see stars
Warnings for this includes public sex, bondadge, sounding, exibitionism and toys, with of course a side of BDSM. Certainly up there on the NC-17 scale, but a good read.

If you want toppy/Dom McCoy, you've gotta check out the Until the Morning series, wherein McCoy surprises Jim by being a kinky bastard.

There's also Psychological Warefare, wherein McCoy handily seduces Jim and then hot, hot sex is had, and The Care and Feeding of Your Starship Captain, wherein McCoy uses a belt on Jim's bare ass and then bantery sex is had.
