Jim/Bones lost fic

I'm looking for a Jim/Bones fic where they're retired, much older, sitting on the front porch of the farmhouse. There are chickens and Jim has to round them up because a storm is coming.

i think it's a five plus one fic...at one point Jim has a midlife crisis when he has to give up the Enterprise and they separate. Jim fools around during this time
