I like to read a lot of fanfics and lately I am in a mood for some Star Trek fanfictions. I went through this group and found some fanfictions that I have never read before but I'm sure there are more of them that are out there, not necessarily on AO3 or FF.net.

The marvelous Pat Foley has a story where Spock supports himself during his first summer as a student at Starfleet Academy by playing the Vulcan harp as a studio musician. He's REALLY good at it, and the other studio musicians kinda take him under their wing, then later they form a band and go on tour. It's "Summer of Love."
