This is horrible! And why on earth were they going into a bar to check for drunkedness? Isn't that kid of the purpose of a bar? I know public drunkedness can be a crime, but inside the bar? I know it was probably just the excuse for their barbarity, but they must live in a pretty hateful area to think such a flimsy excuse would work. Ugh!
Sadly, Texas has some pretty backwards laws against gays, from the Super DOMA laws through some that still outlaw oral and anal sex. Unless this gets to the national news, expect it to get brushed under the carpet. :-(
