I forgot to weight myself on Monday, so I did so last night, then again this morning.
Hun, we forgot to 0 out the scale, so it was off by a few pounds. I am at 205, which matches my doctor's amount, but is 2 pounds less than last week. This was 3 pounds more than what it showed last night.
Slowly but surely I will lose this weight.

Just keep moving in a positive direction and things will be better. Keep up the good work!

My husband has GERD as well, and the diet has really helped him a lot. But he's as heavy as I am, so while he can miss a dose of his meds here and there, he still needs to lose more before he will be better (and can sleep in bed properly).
