I managed two half-hour sessions on my bicycle yesterday, after two-three weeks of being off of it (due to the cold/whatever, I didn't want to threaten my health by riding in the cold).
My legs used to hurt after just 5 minutes of pedaling, but now they don't. So I'm thinking maybe they needed a rest to rebuild the muscle tissue.

Anyway, a half-hour walk is great.
