There is nothing sweeter, and in some ways frustrating, than putting on one's custom made pants, made to my measurements, and seeing they no longer fit by about 2" or so.

Great, but frustrating, as I have very little pants, and now most are getting unwearable as they were already too big. This is the part of diets I hate, having to buy new clothes for the short term.

Can't you just take them in? :)

Considering they are too big all over now (oh, you should see the legs), it would be easier to start from a new pattern. Besides, it was my Mom who did the alterations. I hate alterations, even for myself.

And real soon I won't have time for either.
