Pushed myself to shoulder press 60kg yesterday, so my shoulders were still slightly sore when I got out of bed this morning. Happy that I have finally hit that weight on the shoulder press, after years of trying. Will try to increase the number of sets at 60kg to four in the future

on a side note, you have to watch out for the shoulders because they might pop.
