Shouldering the Burden

Pushed myself to shoulder press 60kg yesterday, so my shoulders were still slightly sore when I got out of bed this morning. Happy that I have finally hit that weight on the shoulder press, after years of trying. Will try to increase the number of sets at 60kg to four in the future.

Took the opportunity to head down to the pool today, since theair quality was quite decent. Swam 2km, but my shoulders took some time to warm up too. I find it strange that I now am no longer much of a breaststroker, and am almost totally front crawl. To think I used to be much better in breaststroke when I was swim training. Shall continue to strengthen my back, so that I can manage the butterfly stroke again. Shall aim to do some running tomorrow, if air quality permits...
