Had a great workout in the gym today. Finally plucked up courage to bench 100kg. So, I am finally benching more than I squat. Guess I could try to increase the weight I use to squat, since it is only 90kg. Shoulder presses at 50kg, Arnold presses are 17.5kg. Dumbbell flyes/presses superset were comfortable at 25kg, and I managed to hit 37.5kg on
