Starwood Preferred Guests do get special room allocations in some hotels, not all. ;)

It's not the price, but rather, the locations I usually travel to. Many do not even have anything more than a motel for accommodation!

i dont know, to me, all the unbeaten paths tend to be more expensive and all...
and places like shown in your picture cost a bomb...
spent my year end bonus ealier this year for a worthwhile trip...

Actually, the secretary got a good price for the hotel... ;)
Unbeaten paths that are for tourists (ironic!)=expensive as hell
Unbeaten paths that are only for business=nothing at all
Cannnot complain about my vacation to New England last year. Nice hotels, and good food... :)
Still planning for my vacation this year. Any suggestions? I'm thinking of Italy in the autumn. ;)
