ikr, it must feel like getting kicked in the stomach, to wake up one day and find out you've been traded. In the middle of pre-season. ;___;

the only thing consoling me is that they will have Wahl and Nyassi in montreal. They can form their own little ex-sounder club and keep each other company...

I would be gutted. Especially Neagle. All these great things he had planned for Federal Way will have to wait now too, which just makes everything that much more depressing. :( I hope he returns to us, even if he won't be a player for us again (PLS PLAY FOR US AGAIN WAH). ;___;

omg, that one v one video where he talked about starting a foundation for the Boys & Girls club in Federal way....this is so heartbreaking. :'(

lmao, I think I'll just start calling them 'Sounders du Montreal' with the rate they're going at getting Seattle players. At least now I'll be hoping for one of the Canadian teams to win their Cup/Championship thing. :\ (USOC is still better by far, tho.)

Eddie Johnson scored two goals in 18 minutes during today's 8v8, half-field games. Also trained fully in both of the day's sessions.

okay, well it's a start i guess. at least he's not completely out of shape. :|||

true, but I don't think any of us were super worried about it. it won't be him at his peak, but he should be too shabby either....

but yeah, still trying to get over this one.

Yeah, I think a lot of people were worried that he might not be ready to play by the Santos game, but if he's training with the team, he should be pretty fit, or at least getting there.

Apparently he got injured today in their preseason friendly. =/ But he did get to score a goal?

yeah. the first one. i didn't watch the live ticker but that is what i heard. considering who it was, it was probably minor since the recap videos don't even mention it. take him off just in case sort of thing. no offense, i think it is great some of the teams they played against for the youth, but they should have won like they did. get so nervous and excited for everything!
