Supposedly most life on other planets may not be carbon based and therefore any of our food would be as healthy as acetone for them to eat. =\ Apparently that's the case according to the scientific community. I still think a cheeseburger can solve alot. Unless they're Veggie\vegan aliens.
Personally I thought Tanya Huff did a good job in her first confederate book dealing with the whole "Shock and anger" that a sentient race goes through learning they aren't the only life, nor the most advanced in the galaxy.
Heh, yeah the food thing is assuming they can actually eat it. I figure they'd have a way of being able to tell. Agreed. And there was peace between our people, for lo, we brought them the cheeseburger. (Now I'm reminded of Ax from Animorphs and how much he freaking loved Cinnabon.)
fffffffff I still need to read this! I still have that other Confederate series book - do you want me to give it back until I get to read the first few books?
