Not true.

My use to be best friend Charlene just apologized for some really shitty things she did to me a while ago and it doesn't fix it at all.
I don't forgive her and it doesn't fix the damage she did to my personal life.

And if Ryan ever apologized for what he did to me, it wouldn't fix a damn thing.

I just view it as it's better to just forgive. Even if it's really hard. I think you'll feel alot better.
