Round Four Nominations -- NOMINATE HERE
Read the rules before you nominate as there some additions!!!
NOMINATIONS FOR ROUND FOUR: SS/HG AND FIXING THE DEATHLY HALLOWS
OCTOBER 1 through OCTOBER 25, 2009
How to Nominate:
1. Read the rules in our community profile. An addition has been made. It is marked as being new.
2. There are two ways to nominate: this official nomination post via screened comment and through email to moste.potente.passions@gmail.com.
• If you are an LJ user, please use LJ for nominations.
• If you do not have an LJ, please use the email account.
**Anonymous nominations will not be considered!**
3. During nominations you may nominate an unlimited number of stories per category.
4. Authors which won Best Author/Best New Author cannot be nominated in those specific categories in future rounds. A Best New Author winner can be nominated, however, for Best Author (for one round only).
5. You may not nominate yourself.
6. A story/author must be nominated twice (in a specific category) in order to be eligible for that category.
7. Unless otherwise noted, to be eligible for this round, stories must have begun posting on/after July 21, 2008 and before July 21, 2009.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE THE STORY FOLLOWS THE TIME GUIDELINES! And be careful with those two new categories -- they have their own rules. We will be checking time frames! Also, keep in mind that some authors post to multiple archives, and a story may have posted earlier on one site than another. So if you’re in doubt as to when a story actually posted, you may want to check the other archives.

A clarification: Stories do not have to be DH-compliant to be eligible for this round. As long as it began posting within our time frame, it's eligible.
The only is exception is the Mrs Scower's Magical Mess Remover: Best DH-compliant Fic. It requires that nominated stories be DH-compliant (can be EWE). All other categories are free game.
