Why is it ...

... that when I should be writing one thing, my brain immediately goes for something else? I'm trying to figure out a way to trick myself into writing what I'm supposed to be.

Hm.

Anyway, the urge to write today is strong, but the Muse seems drawn to SSHG rather than the fic for the twi_exchange. ginny_weasley31 is gonna come beat the holy crap out of my Muse. *gulps ( Read more... )

Probably a good idea. Do what you need to in order to free the Muse to do whatever the hell she pleases. :-) I have just consumed chocolate in order to finish next year's budget for one of my organizations, and now that that is done, my brain is thinking "fiction... fiction." Mmhmm. Chocolate is v. good for musing.

Yeah, when the Muse wants to go off in a direction, it's best not to resist. Perhaps what you need is a little clearing out of whatever plot bunny's been fermenting in your brain, and once that's dealt with, your 'regular programming' can re-commence! ;o)

G'luck with it all {{hugs}}

I tend to jot stuff down so I don't forget. Sometimes it works just to get it out, sometimes it makes me want to work on that more. LOL Ah, well! We'll see how it goes! :D

*hugs!*

I think we're all blessed that your Muse refuses to give up SSHG ... seriously.
