I too love stir fry. Especially stir fried noodles with eggs and whatever else I feel like tossing in. :D
Have you tried apples and honey in some shape or another? The two go really /really/ well together.

I've found that fruit goes UNCOMMONLY well in stir-fry. (Discovered that when I was 17.) Some strong-flavored fruit goes very well with beef, like peaches or lychees, or cherries. Actually, cherries and apples go VERY well with pork.

Last night, amezuki made steak with a marinade made of soy sauce, sake, a little sugar, two lychees, most of an apricot, wasabi, and garlic and onion powder.

The steaks was heavenly.

Niiiiiice... E-mail me that recipe, if you would, please! And where does he get his lychees? The closest I've ever found is lychee gel. My landlady when I lived down in BEaverton was Chinese, and always had a bag of those around for snacking.
