Question regarding disability check payment change.

My husband has been on SSDI for two years in February and then he will be switching to Medicare. The state or Medicaid is going to be paying his premiums and they said that his payment date would change to the 3rd I believe and will remain that way. Is this true? Also, would that mean since he starts Medicare that his February check would

IT will switch to the date they stated in the letter that they sent. And if they said the change will be starting in February, then yes, he will get a check on Jan 12, and then Feb 3rd.
