He doubts he can escape the full blast, but unless the machine wants to take a part of its own hit, it will need to re-absorb the lightning into another spike.

Dominator's got natural insulation against such an attack, and the metal drills on her feet help keep it away from the more sensitive parts. She throws both riot shields at the spikes and plunges both hands into the skin of the HALO. "And now, ladies and gentlemen! OVERSKILL!"

However, improvising, he desides not to cut the foot off, quickly begins trying to dispose of any immediate defensive threats to him! "Hayato, it's Char. Opening secure comm channel so you can link to my mobile suit's sensors."

The very drills that the Dominator used to draw the lightning in begin to heat up. At first it seems like nothing... but as the Dominator begins to seep its parts in, trying to tear open a hole, it heats more and more! And soon, a very unfamiliar sound begins to hear... just as Dominator's body begins to heat up enough to catch AFLAME

The amorphous body begins to actually begin to be burned away... you're gonna have to do something about that before you're boiled alive, Cynthia!

He's gonna boost upwards and to the left, dodging around the shot, which will hopefully hit the HALO right where Hyakku Shiki's beam saber just was, damaging it even further.+

And meanwhile, the pulse of the blast also knocks the Hyakku Shiki out of its Colossus Climb, sending it falling to Char's possible death!

Deploying Super Saber! *The Super Saber flies up from where it had been jammed in and it brought up the weapon to it's shoulder before taking aim. (11:33:56 PM): [Hayato] Such a large target obviously gets HALO's attention, its concentrated beam cannon shots hammering into it before the machine uses its sword once again, plunging it into the bomber... but for once Hayato has a non-Getter robot that's tough! The machine punches into the drills... and the drills blow out the side of HALO!
