[20:36] Nerdorama09: The sun is shining, and some old man downtown is on a stage prattling about the new transit system, and also the mysterious giant robots that have been so helpful lately.
[20:37] Eric: All in a day's work!
[20:37] Nerdorama09: That being the Autobots, represented today by Optimus Prime and Bulkhead.
[20:37] Eric: (The others are actually scattered around the world and stuck in stasis pods)
[20:38] Nerdorama09: Effectively, there's a speech going on downtown. What are the White Chalice crew/Asura crew/totally normal elementary school girls up to?
[20:38] wyvernpies: Julia's watching all these giant robots in amazement!
[20:38] Eric: Optimus Prime is shaking hands with the Mayor
[20:38] Shaun: Shirley's standing near Julia, lazing around.
[20:39] Dessa: Philip's on the Chalice, sitting somewhere reading a random book he's picked out of the Planetary Bookshelves, not paying attention to anything.
[20:39] wyvernpies: Looking over to the Witch and then back to Optimus, Julia can't help but voice her curiosity.
[20:39] wyvernpies: "There's nobody in there, right? They're really fully-sentient robots?"
[20:40] AF: Bulkhead is standing behind Optimus waving at the crowd. Positive attention, so novel!
[20:40] Shaun: "I believe so. Man, to think there's robots like that out there."
[20:40] Kamiyu: Shotaro's not really paying much attention to the speech, trying to think of things to buy to appease Philip
[20:40] Alwalid: Nanoha's in the middle of lunch break (assuming its the middle of the day) talking to her two BFFs about regular third grade girl things.
[20:41] wyvernpies: Julia: "More like life like that out there!"
[20:42] wyvernpies: "It almost makes me feel jealous... Irgelions are so similar to humans, after all!"
[20:42] Shaun: Shirley grinned at that. "Hey, you're unique too y'know."
[20:42] Nerdorama09: Part of the speech downtown involves an impressive flyover by some outdated but nice-looking military jets!
[20:42] Nerdorama09: Five regular ones and one purple for some reason.
[20:43] Kamiyu: Sho: Mah, when you lump these guys in with the rest of us, we're not all different

[20:45] wyvernpies: Julia's eyes open wide. "That I definitely do!"
[20:45] Kamiyu: Sho: *Grabs Julia and dives for cover!*
[20:45] Shaun: Shirley grimaces. "Shit! No human flies that low...!"
[20:45] Eric: Optimus: "Is it supposed to be flying that low?"
[20:45] Nerdorama09: As it nears the ground, it does...something, and shoots a beam at the Autobots! And anyone near them!
[20:45] Nerdorama09: (React Optimus and Bulkhead)
[20:46] Nerdorama09: (Nanoha, you hear an explosion from downtown. Investigate?)
[20:46] Eric: Optimus gets between the jet and the nearest humans, trying to deflect the lasers with his marginally more armored forearms
[20:47] AF: "Hey!" Bulkhead tries to scramble but, well, he is not very fast.
[20:47] Alwalid: Takes a while for Nanoha to excuse herself from Arisa and Suzuka, but she manages to do so. It's not just the explosion, but that purple trail caught her attention too...
[20:48] wyvernpies: Julia's already trying to head back to the White Chalice. So much for the chance of maybe-possibly offering her services for a parade or something!
[20:48] Nerdorama09: The blast damages Optimus and Bulkhead somewhat, but they both have thick armor. The civilians manage to scramble out of the way, too (Bulkhead is good cover).
[20:48] Kamiyu: Sho's not even bothering to head back. Why bother? He's put the W Driver on, and is clicking the Joker Memory. "Ikuze, Philip"
[20:49] Nerdorama09: As the smoke clears, the "jet" makes a dramatic landing, transformed into a (Link: http://tfwiki.net/w2/images2/9/90/Starscreamanimated.jpg) humanoid form.
[20:49] Shaun: Shirley's heading back, pushing through after Julia. Damnit White Chalice is a attacker magnet!
[20:49] Nerdorama09: ???: "Greetings, Autobots! Mind if I crash the party?"
[20:49] Eric: Optimus: "Is that...that's a Decepticon!"
[20:49] Dessa: On the Chalice, Philip looks down from his book to the belt. "Hai, Hai..." Cyclone. He inserts the Memory into the Driver, and watches as it disappears.
[20:50] Kamiyu: Sho: Henshin! [CYCLONE! JOKER!]
[20:50] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "The name is STARSCREAM, Exalted Leader of the Decepticons!"
[20:50] Kamiyu: [Double is now on the scene]
[20:51] Dessa: Philip, unfortunately, had been sitting on a ledge, and as soon as they transformed, he fell off it to the ground.
[20:51] wyvernpies: And soon enough -seriously, it didn't take her long to memorize the route to the hangar- Julia is already sprinting to the Corona. No time for a flight suit though!
[20:51] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] Meanwhile, it seems like you're alone, and you can see smoke rising from downtown. However, Raising Heart is giving you a very urgent warning that something's coming your way! (Nanoha react)
[20:51] AF: Bulkhead: "I thought that was Megatron...."
[20:51] Shaun: Shirley's kicking off her shoes as she heads off towards her Striker as well, getting her deployment orders cycled through.
[20:52] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "SILENCE AUTOBOT FILTH!" and with that, he summarily blasts Bulkhead (react)
[20:53] AF: Bulkhead is still not very fast, but at least he has more warning to try and get out of the way this time!
[20:53] wyvernpies: She's in, and with practiced ease the Corona's critical systems come online. "Alright then! Julia Richardson, HK-1138' Corona: launching!"
[20:53] Alwalid: *"What now?!" Nanoha wastes no time and puts up a Round Shield in the direction the warning is coming from.+
[20:54] Nerdorama09: [Bulkhead] The blast grazes Bulkhead, knocking him over, but dealing more damage to the building behind him.
[20:54] Shaun: Shirley leaps in and her Striker revs to life. "Keep the homefries burning, love." She pecks MarKus on the cheek and proclaims, "Shirley Yeager, 501st Launching!"
[20:55] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] Nanoha's sudden shield is a great idea, because it intercepts a huge hammer, or possibly a croquet mallet, coming at her face. Behind it is a very serious-looking (Link: http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100521224830/nanoha/images/2/21/PanzerHindernis.jpg) girl in a not very serious-looking hat.
[20:55] Nerdorama09: The attack is blocked, but it still sends Nanoha flying.
[20:56] Jockey: Michael:...[was dealing with a little hangover from a little drinking session he had. After cleaning himself up however]...Whoa-What'd I miss?!

[20:57] Alwalid: Nanoha: "Aaaaaaaah!" Yeah, she's sent flying and onto some grass nearby, but she manages to brace herself somehow and keep her footing.
[20:59] Shaun: Shirley is peering around after taking to the skies and frowns. Keying in her radio she called out. "Looks like we've got a live one. All units, converge on the large Decepticon. He's the most threat to civilians. W, if you can get as many out of the way as possible, it'd be most appreciated."
[20:59] wyvernpies: Julia: "Mr. President! A jet's attacking this celebration!"
[20:59] Shaun: *With that, Shirley is going to make a beeline towards Starscream, lining up a shot with a loud bang.+
[21:01] Eric: Optimus *also on the radio*: "Stay back! He's too dangerous for humans to take on!"
[21:01] Nerdorama09: Starscream takes to the air (even though he's still in humanoid form) and ducks out of the way of the distance attack. "Challenging ME in the air?!" He retaliates with another purple laser blast from his forearm (Shirley react)
[21:01] Kamiyu: Double: Got it! *turning to Autobots* Oi! Keep him Busy! I'm gonna get the civilians out of here!
[21:01] Shaun: *Shirley's going to show this overgrown tin can that she's the fastest thing alive damnit, and pull into a death defying spin of arial dodging as she returns fire.+
[21:01] Dessa: Philip (via Double's right eye): Shoutaro... that girl isn't wearing pants.
[21:01] Shaun: Shirley: Don't worry, I'm a professional.
[21:01] Kamiyu: Shoutaro: Not the time, Philip!
[21:02] Jockey: Michael:..[Seemed to stiffen slightly...attacking civvies?....oh..OH that was a surefire way to get HIM mad! Especially what happened back in Neo-America] I'll be right there! Leave a piece of that scumbag for me!

[21:04] Nerdorama09: [W] W starts ushering civilians out of the area! They are oddly accepting of a guy in a two-toned skintight suit.
[21:05] Eric: Optimus worries that Shirley is going to get swatted out of the sky any second
[21:05] Nerdorama09: (Michael, Julia. Still Nanoha's action.)
[21:06] Alwalid: (Was under the assumption that I needed to wait for a prompt...but okay)
[21:07] wyvernpies: * So then. Happy public celebration ruined by some asshole? Dammit Julia! Stop getting in missions where bad guys remind you of Bairoft! Well, with not much in her arsenal, Julia switches her railgun to scatter shot and fires a round at Starscream, the round breaking off into a hail of smaller pellets to pummel the Decepticon with!+
[21:07] Jockey: Michael: *was Tearing out of the Chalice at full speed, weapon pods opening up to yank out a LARGE gun, connecting it together and aiming it right at Starscream. It charged, a twisting void forming inside it as he got closer&
[21:08] Alwalid: Nanoha's confused now, but that's not gonna stop her from handling the person that ambushed her. "I don't know what's going on, but...Raising Heart, please!"

[21:09] Alwalid: *And as soon as she's transformed, she fires off four Divine Spheres that zip around for a bit before homing in on the Hammer Mage+
[21:09] Nerdorama09: [Julia] Julia catches Starscream with the shot, marring his paint job. He seems upset about that, based on the ranting, and transforms back into Jet mode, charging at the Corona. Apparently he feels pretty confident in ramming you (Julia react)
[21:09] Alwalid: Nanoha: I don't remember doing anything to provoke you!
[21:10] Nerdorama09: [Michael] Starscream's moving pretty fast, but you can still draw a bead on him! (Michael continue)
[21:11] wyvernpies: * It's fast! And it can transform... like those Metal Vanguards that Danconias-Phillips was going to release in just a little while! But she can't give up and Julia knows she can't outfly this robot, so instead the Corona steps forward while swinging down with its HFM Blade! "You should wait until after I wreck you to whine about me landing hits!"+
[21:12] Jockey: Michael: Eat my reign of fire you trashy sci-fi reject!! *Now that the target was appropriately marked Michael pulled the trigger....something...much bigger than the gun pulled itself out and FLEW right at Starscream, letting looose a gout of flame as it did....was that a....ITS A DRAGON!! WHERE THE HECK DID NEO-AMERICA GET DRAGONS!?+
[21:12] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] The girl bats off one of the Divine spheres with her hammer and dodges another, but the two that come from other angles strike and knock her around, absorbed by her barrier jacket. In response to Nanoha's observation, though, she just attacks again, throwing up four metal sphere and launching them at Nanoha with whacks of her hammer (Nanoha react).
[21:13] Nerdorama09: [Julia] The HFM blade lands, but Starscream does an expert barrel roll to deflect the damage along his wing, smashing into the Corona's head and doing serious damage to its cameras.
[21:14] Kamiyu: Shoutaro: A DRAGON!?
[21:14] Nerdorama09: [Michael] Of course, distracted by this, Starscream is unprepared for DRAGON FROM NOWHERE, getting roasted and yelling in apparent pain.
[21:14] wyvernpies: Julia's rocked around in her cockpit, wincing in shock. "G-gah!"
[21:14] Alwalid: *Nanoha notes the four metal spheres coming and tries to Flash Move to avoid them&
[21:14] Shaun: "Julia! Pull back if you're too damaged!" ordered Shirley over the comms. Or suggested. Hell, she wasn't their commanding officer.
[21:15] Dessa: Philip: Shoutaro... how did a dragon come out of that gun?
[21:15] Nerdorama09: He turns on Metal Wolf and unleashes a barrage of beam attacks at it in retaliation, mainly aiming for the gun (Michael react)
[21:15] Kamiyu: Shoutarou: ASK HIM! I HAVEN'T THE SLIGHTEST!
[21:15] Eric: Optimus glances to Bulkhead, "Did YOU know humans had technology like that?"
[21:15] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] The other mage apparently wasn't expecting a move like that, and her attacks go wide. She looks put out about it.
[21:16] Nerdorama09: (Optimus, Bulkhead)
[21:16] AF: Bulkhead shakes his head vigorously.
[21:16] Eric: *Just then, a grappling hook fired from Optimus' forearm wraps itself around Starscream's ankle. Optimus braces himself and starts reeling the Decepticon back down towards the ground!+
[21:17] wyvernpies: Shaking her head, Julia takes some deep breaths. "I-I'm fine! I can still fight like this!"
[21:17] wyvernpies: "... And more importantly..." she clenches her hands tightly. "The same trick won't work twice!"
[21:17] AF: *Bulkhead's already got his servo exchanged for a wrecking ball and launches it at Starscream. +
[21:17] Jockey: Michael: Heck yeah! I wanted a gun that fired T-Rexes but this was way better- Aw snap! *Michael does the..not very sensible thing as he leaps up, swinging around and throwing the Dragon Gun at W+ HEADS UP BUDDY! [Because seriously, there was no way he was going to lose THIS thing...its hard enough to get parts for it as is+

[21:18] Shaun: Shirley grinned. Good girl. She'd have made a great witch. But she makes a good friend too. "All right, let's get back to kicking this guy in the exhaust port!"
[21:18] Kamiyu: W: FFFF *Catches*
[21:18] Nerdorama09: [Michael] The dragon gun is saved! Unfortunately, Metal Wolf is hit almost dead on and is launched into the air as the beams form a crater beneath him. Armor integrity is down across the board.
[21:19] Dessa: Philip: *puts W's right hand to his chin* I wonder how this works...
[21:19] Kamiyu: Shoutaro: OI! Put that hand back!
[21:20] Jockey: Michael: [Well the landing was most certainly painful, as was the impact. The alarms wern't doing his still lingering Hangover any favours either]...Oh..geez..ow...that's gonna sting in the morning
[21:20] Shaun: Shirley keys in her radio. "Michael, status report?"
[21:20] Nerdorama09: [Optimus and Bulkhead] Starscream yells in surprise as the grappling cable holds him still enough to get heartily smashed in the face by Bulkhead. However, afterwards, he simply increases thrust and drags Optimus into the air, attempting to smash him into skyscrapers on the way up (Optimus react)
[21:21] Eric: Optimus doggedly holds on and thanks the AllSpark that Cybertronian Armor is significantly stronger than cement and steel
[21:21] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] After Vita's shots miss, she tracks her down and attempts to smash her with the hammer one more time (Nanoha react and speechify if you wish)
[21:22] Jockey: Michael: I'm okay!...Mostly...I think I bruised a few things and Wolf's pretty battered..But that isn't going to stop me from kicking some rusty metal butt! [Pulls Wolf and himself out of the crater he made...the weapon pods were still working, so that's good. Time to introduce this space-age junk heap to Marine Biology]
[21:22] Nerdorama09: [Optimus] Starscream: "I was sure you would have let go by now! Well, no matter..." He then turns around and lasers the grappling cable, dropping Optimus several hundred feet toward the ground (Optimus react)
[21:22] Shaun: Shirley resisted the urge to cackle like her namesake. "Good going. Keep it together people."
[21:23] Eric: Optimus tries to slow his fall by digging one hand into the side of a nearby building
[21:23] Alwalid: *Nanoha puts up another shield, but this one's different from the Round Shield she tried to use earlier. If the hammer strikes it, it'll effectively be locked in place temporarily.+
[21:24] Nerdorama09: [Optimus], for his efforts, simply smashes into a parked truck and crushes it, rather than it AND himself
[21:24] Alwalid: Nanoha: What's your name? Where do you come from?
[21:24] Eric: Optimus grunts in pain, but manages to stagger back to at least a kneel
[21:24] Alwalid: Nanoha: If you won't tell me, then how am I supposed to know?!
[21:25] wyvernpies: Julia tries to call out to that robot that just crashed into the truck.
[21:25] wyvernpies: "Are you alright in there?"
[21:25] Eric: Optimus: "I'll live"
[21:25] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] The girl's fierce hammer blow is stuck in place, but she simply glares in response to the questions. She concentrates on tugging her weapon free.
[21:25] wyvernpies: "Good! And also... who is this guy? Why is he doing this?"
[21:26] Shaun: "Inquiring minds wanna know."
[21:26] Eric: Optimus: "He's a decepticon, he doesn't need a reason."
[21:26] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "You call your selves HEROES?! Do you Autobots really think you defeated the great Megatron? You did no such thing."
[21:27] wyvernpies: ... Yeah, hearing the way Starscream is talking, Julia doesn't need to press the issue any further
[21:27] Kamiyu: Double: "Oi! I could care less about your reasons! You don't involve innocent lives in this sort of thing!"
[21:27] Eric: Optimus just grimaces
[21:27] Nerdorama09: Starscream lands and stalks toward where Prime fell. "I defeated Megatron! His fate was sealed before he even reached your ship."
[21:27] Shaun: Shirley sighed. "Double, he's reached coo-cooville. Ain't going to work words on him."
[21:27] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "Now bring me the All Spark, Autobot scum."
[21:28] Kamiyu: Sho: 'taku... No helping it then.
[21:28] Eric: Optimus: "I have no idea what you're talking about."
[21:28] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "Really? Then I just have to destroy these random organics for no good reason!"
[21:28] Jockey: Michael: Oh I'll give him something alright! And it's definetly got an S in the second word...[Was already making his way to a good vantage point[

[21:30] Kamiyu: Sho starts running to dodge the wild beamfire, firing heat bursts at Starfire from the Trigger Magnum. +
[21:30] Shaun: *Shirley's going to dive in front of a couple of shots and put up the biggest damn shield she can in order to protect civilians while shooting through her shield at him!+
[21:31] AF: Bulkhead's going to do his best to get between any of Starscream's shots and any squishy civilians who might still be stupidly hanging around.+
[21:31] Jockey: Michael: *Fires a pair of Sharks at Starscream, but the bursts prompt him to abandon his weapons, grab the nearest empty vehicle he could find and THROW it at the beams as an intercept+
[21:32] Dessa: Philip: Shoutaro, he just fired sharks.
[21:32] Kamiyu: Shoutaro: NOT THE TIME, PHILIP!

[21:34] Nerdorama09: Starscream's fire is scattered by all the attacks (and wtfing at the sharks), but one beam strikes the VIPs from the ceremony dead-on! Or would have, but instead it strikes Shirley dead-on, cracking her shield and leaving her feeling like she just got rabbit-punched by Evander Holyfield from the sudden strain to her magic.

[21:36] Shaun: Too winded to choke out anything, her gun is going to drop from her fingers.

[21:36] AF: Bulkhead looks over at Optimus. "What're we going to do, Bossbot?"
[21:36] wyvernpies: Julia: "We have no idea what that is! And if we did we'd NEVER give it to someone like you!"
[21:36] Eric: "And my name is Optimus Prime!"
[21:36] Dessa: Philip: Shoutaro! LunaTrigger!
[21:37] Eric: Seems he DOES know what the decepticon is talking about

[21:38] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "Bring the All Spark NOW, or this organic and everyone in this city will perish! And then I will TEAR THIS PLANET APART PIECE BY PIECE UNTIL I FIND IT MYSELF!"

[21:40] Alwalid: Alright. Nanoha's pretty sure this Hammer Mage heard her at this range, so she gives negotiations one last shot.
[21:40] Alwalid: Raising Heart switches to Cannon Mode and is directed straight at the other girl.

[21:40] Alwalid: 'Divine...'

[21:41] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] The girl doesn't seem to listen, but she does dodge! - barely. Her hat goes flying off, torn by the massive energy of Divine Buster.

[21:43] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] She then looks very. VERY. Angry. The girl tosses some kind of bullet-like object into the haft of her hammer, which accepts it and pumps to cycle it, like a shotgun.
[21:43] Nerdorama09: Device: "EXPLOSION"
[21:43] Alwalid: And now Nanoha's face has 'Oh crap' written all over it.
[21:43] Nerdorama09: The hammer gets sizeable larger, reconfiguring one end into a...rocket?
[21:43] Nerdorama09: Hammer Mage: "Rocket...!"
[21:44] Nerdorama09: She begins spinning. This won't end well. She comes at Nanoha like some kind of rocket-propelled blunt Beyblade. "HAMMER!" (Nanoha react)
[21:45] Alwalid: 'Oh crap' was the right expression indeed. Nanoha can't react in time to that, but that's where good 'ol Raising Heart comes in.

[22:00] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "How about yes?" With that, he tosses Shirley to the roof of a building and absently fires his beam weapon at Chrono (react)
[22:01] TenebraeLunaXIII: Fate turns slightly towards Nanoha, giving a small smile happy to see her friend once more. She than turns towards the hammer mage with cold. emotionless eyes that would freeze fire. "Are you alright Nanoha?"
[22:02] Alwalid: Nanoha nods, albeit slowly. She's pretty shaken up.
[22:02] Nerdorama09: The girl that was attacking Nanoha looks just as confused as Starscream did. "...allies, huh?"
[22:03] TenebraeLunaXIII: *Chrono sighs. "It always has to be the hard way with these types..." With no apparent preamble or concern, Chrono throws out a shield and moves to ensure Shirley is okay.+
[22:03] Shaun: Shirley's coughing as she scrambles to sit up. "Damnit, I hope the Striker isn't damaged..."

Missiles (read: fireworks) shoot out hurtling at Starscream as Julia focuses on the timing... and then abruptly the Corona fires another railgun shot off, in an attempt to anticipate Starscream's evasions!+
[22:17] Eric: *Optimus jerks his head aside and counters by pulling out a large axe to swip at Starscream's leg+
[22:18] Nerdorama09: [Michael and Optimus] successfully ropes Starscream as the Decepticon is preoccupied with avenging himself and boosting out of the way of Prime's axe with his functional thrusters. Of course, Michael's going to run into the same problem of getting dragged as Optimus did a moment ago...just as soon as Starscream re-ignites his main thrusters (Michael react)
[22:19] Nerdorama09: [Julia] Of course, none of this gives Starscream time to react properly to the distraction of fireworks, and he takes a solid railgun hit in the head with an "OOF!" He's dented, but still going

[22:50] Nerdorama09: The pink-haired mage points her sword at Chrono. "You may have us outnumbered on the field, but you won't take us without losses. A Belkan knight will never lose, one on one."
[22:50] Nerdorama09: Suddenly, Starscream erupts back from the rubble where he was knocked down!
[22:51] Shaun: Shirley in her driest tones. "Oh look, we missed him."
[22:51] Nerdorama09: He begins blasting indiscriminately about with both hands, throwing out much more powerful beams!
[22:51] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "I AM TIRED OF TOYING WITH YOU PUNY AUTOBOTS!!!"

[22:52] Eric: Optimus tries to get to Bulkhead to help him defend the AllSpark, but he's too pinned down for the moment
[22:52] Kamiyu: W is going to flip the Magnum back to normal and start taking pot shots
[22:52] Shaun: *Shirley's got no more magic for a shield, so she's going to bolt straight up in a series of twists and high speed turns to avoid that onslaught!+

[22:52] Nerdorama09: For her part, the pink-haired mage takes the opportunity to break off and drag her comrade out of harm's way.
[22:52] Jockey: Michael: *Throws himself into a series of frantic and near death-defying manuevers to get away from that immense barrage+
[22:52] wyvernpies: The Corona can't dodge all those shots, no chance in hell. So all Julia can do is try to stay behind cover and be as small a target as possible while occasionally sending potshots his wa!
[22:52] UltimateSalsa: *Chrono shakes his head, grinning. "But the Bureau isn't about one-on-one duels for glory. We're about teamwork and a unified force!" Then Starscream gets up and Chrono's dodging again, putting some extra juice into his speed for it. "Of course, some people won't stay down when we shoot them, but I'm used to that too."

[22:53] Alwalid: *Nanoha's almost out of magic at this point, so defending isn't an option. She makes the best use of her aerial mobility in an attempt to evade the shots.+

[22:55] Nerdorama09: [Everyone] The Corona's railgun is knocked out of its hand by the barrage, seriously damaged, though a few of those potshots did land. W takes a blow nearby that knocks them back, but doesn't really do any more damage. The small, dodging people (including Michael in Metal Wolf) manage to avoid anything but heat and flying rubble from near-misses.
[22:56] Nerdorama09: [Bulkhead] Bulkhead, however, gets hit near enough to drop the All Spark. Starscream once again swoops down and claims it, this time, flying up much higher before stopping to gloat.

[23:05] Nerdorama09: Optimus grabs the girls and the slightly ablated All Spark blast passes through where they used to be, taking out another poor skyscraper.

The Corona crouches down before its thrusters suddenly flare to life and the Prominence Armor jumps into the air. Even if its flight speed sucks, it can still get a quick start this way. And with nothing but her HFM Blade left, Julia stabs with it into Starscream's exposed circuitry.+

[23:17] Nerdorama09: Meanwhile, Nanoha, your rather beleaguered device seems to be concerned. "MASTER. HIGH ENERGY REACTION CONTINUING. HIGH PROBABILITY OF FURTHER DAMAGE."

Fate's attack is overwhelmed easily, but..! This time, the All Spark blast is somehow consumed in a black sphere the size of several city blocks.
[23:21] Nerdorama09: Once the black sphere disappears, no damage from that particular attack is apparent. Where the attack would have been is the pink-haired mage, looking rather exhausted from effort.

[23:26] Alwalid: A rather large magic circle is formed in front of her.

[23:27] Eric: *While Starscream is distracted by his new toy and the people on the ground, Optimus Prime climbs up the outside of a nearby building until he is high enough to leap on Starscream from above and grab onto the AllSpark, ideally ripping it straight out of his hands!+

[23:41] Nerdorama09: The blue sphere inside it starts to glow and, somehow or another, light comes out of it and forms a key.
[23:42] Alwalid: Nanoha doesn't respond...she's out cold, but at least she's breathing?
[23:42] Nerdorama09: The key inserts itself into Optimus's torso, and his life is, somehow, restored. It's a miracle of cybernetic life!
[23:42] Shaun: Shirley hovers down near the others ad keys in her radio. "Medical team from the Chalice, I need one at the battlefield. Incoming wounded."
[23:42] Nerdorama09: Nanoha, for her part, is drained and obviously injured, but definitely alive.
[23:42] Eric: Optimus blinks
[23:42] wyvernpies: Julia can only watch... feeling so relieved as she sees Oprtimus get revived like that...
[23:42] Eric: "Is this the well of all sparks?"
[23:43] AF: Bulkhead is pretty sure that's not supposed to do that, but FUCK IF HE CARES, Optimus is back! "Bossbot!"

[20:48] Nerdorama09: The blast damages Optimus and Bulkhead somewhat, but they both have thick armor. The civilians manage to scramble out of the way, too (Bulkhead is good cover).

[21:12] Nerdorama09: [Nanoha] The girl bats off one of the Divine spheres with her hammer and dodges another, but the two that come from other angles strike and knock her around, absorbed by her barrier jacket. In response to Nanoha's observation, though, she just attacks again, throwing up four metal sphere and launching them at Nanoha with whacks of her hammer (Nanoha react).
[21:13] Nerdorama09: [Julia] The HFM blade lands, but Starscream does an expert barrel roll to deflect the damage along his wing, smashing into the Corona's head and doing serious damage to its cameras.

[21:14] Nerdorama09: [Michael] Of course, distracted by this, Starscream is unprepared for DRAGON FROM NOWHERE, getting roasted and yelling in apparent pain.

[22:01] TenebraeLunaXIII: Fate turns slightly towards Nanoha, giving a small smile happy to see her friend once more. She than turns towards the hammer mage with cold. emotionless eyes that would freeze fire. "Are you alright Nanoha?"
[22:02] Alwalid: Nanoha nods, albeit slowly. She's pretty shaken up.
[22:02] Nerdorama09: The girl that was attacking Nanoha looks just as confused as Starscream did. "...allies, huh?"
[22:03] TenebraeLunaXIII: *Chrono sighs. "It always has to be the hard way with these types..." With no apparent preamble or concern, Chrono throws out a shield and moves to ensure Shirley is okay.+

Missiles (read: fireworks) shoot out hurtling at Starscream as Julia focuses on the timing... and then abruptly the Corona fires another railgun shot off, in an attempt to anticipate Starscream's evasions!+
[22:17] Eric: *Optimus jerks his head aside and counters by pulling out a large axe to swip at Starscream's leg+
[22:18] Nerdorama09: [Michael and Optimus] successfully ropes Starscream as the Decepticon is preoccupied with avenging himself and boosting out of the way of Prime's axe with his functional thrusters. Of course, Michael's going to run into the same problem of getting dragged as Optimus did a moment ago...just as soon as Starscream re-ignites his main thrusters (Michael react)
[22:19] Nerdorama09: [Julia] Of course, none of this gives Starscream time to react properly to the distraction of fireworks, and he takes a solid railgun hit in the head with an "OOF!" He's dented, but still going

[22:29] AF: *The stupid Autobot in question has finally managed to get a good hold on the AllSpark and is beating feet as best he can. It's a good thing Starscream can't really see shit right now, but Bulkhead can't exactly fight back when his servos are occupied like this.+

[22:32] Nerdorama09: [Chrono] Chrono's attack stabs into Starscream, freezing a few hydraulic lines! That's going to smart in the morning, but Starscream has (barely) spotted his target now, and is once again ignoring damage in megalomaniac rage.
[22:33] Nerdorama09: [Bulkhead] Starscream swoops down in robot mode and snatches the All Spark out of Bulkhead's ill-adapted servos!

[22:50] Nerdorama09: The pink-haired mage points her sword at Chrono. "You may have us outnumbered on the field, but you won't take us without losses. A Belkan knight will never lose, one on one."
[22:50] Nerdorama09: Suddenly, Starscream erupts back from the rubble where he was knocked down!
[22:51] Shaun: Shirley in her driest tones. "Oh look, we missed him."
[22:51] Nerdorama09: He begins blasting indiscriminately about with both hands, throwing out much more powerful beams!
[22:51] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "I AM TIRED OF TOYING WITH YOU PUNY AUTOBOTS!!!"

[22:52] Eric: Optimus tries to get to Bulkhead to help him defend the AllSpark, but he's too pinned down for the moment
[22:52] Kamiyu: W is going to flip the Magnum back to normal and start taking pot shots
[22:52] Shaun: *Shirley's got no more magic for a shield, so she's going to bolt straight up in a series of twists and high speed turns to avoid that onslaught!+

[22:52] Nerdorama09: For her part, the pink-haired mage takes the opportunity to break off and drag her comrade out of harm's way.
[22:52] Jockey: Michael: *Throws himself into a series of frantic and near death-defying manuevers to get away from that immense barrage+
[22:52] wyvernpies: The Corona can't dodge all those shots, no chance in hell. So all Julia can do is try to stay behind cover and be as small a target as possible while occasionally sending potshots his wa!
[22:52] UltimateSalsa: *Chrono shakes his head, grinning. "But the Bureau isn't about one-on-one duels for glory. We're about teamwork and a unified force!" Then Starscream gets up and Chrono's dodging again, putting some extra juice into his speed for it. "Of course, some people won't stay down when we shoot them, but I'm used to that too."

[22:53] Alwalid: *Nanoha's almost out of magic at this point, so defending isn't an option. She makes the best use of her aerial mobility in an attempt to evade the shots.+
[22:54] AF: Bulkhead's going to do his damndest to protect the AllSpark from Starscream.
[22:54] TenebraeLunaXIII: Fate uses her strong aerial manueverability and speed to try and dodge Starscreams flurry of attacks.+
[22:55] Nerdorama09: [Everyone] The Corona's railgun is knocked out of its hand by the barrage, seriously damaged, though a few of those potshots did land. W takes a blow nearby that knocks them back, but doesn't really do any more damage. The small, dodging people (including Michael in Metal Wolf) manage to avoid anything but heat and flying rubble from near-misses.
[22:56] Nerdorama09: [Bulkhead] Bulkhead, however, gets hit near enough to drop the All Spark. Starscream once again swoops down and claims it, this time, flying up much higher before stopping to gloat.
[22:56] Nerdorama09: Starscream: "AT LAST! The All Spark is MINE!"

[22:57] wyvernpies: Right now, the damage to her railgun is the least of her worries!
[22:57] Nerdorama09: The crazed Decepticon immediately holds the artifact in front of him, which glows with blue energy and fires a wide beam at a section of the city (react Nanoha, Fate, Chrono, W)

[23:00] TenebraeLunaXIII: Fate flies as fast as she can in front of the beam and throws up several shields, in a long line, to stop the beam from hitting anything. 'I can't let this hit..no..matter..WHAT!'+
[23:01] Alwalid: *There's no way Nanoha can block an attack that big on her own, so she backs up Fate and lines up a Multiple Defenser in support.+
[23:01] Nerdorama09: [Chrono] Chrono's skill with binds manages to hold Starscream in place. Getting under cover and a shield spell manages to keep him from getting microwaved by the attack as well.
[23:02] Nerdorama09: [W] Starscream doesn't need to be able to move to keep up the attack, but he would need to to dodge the barrage! The whole salvo hits him, chipping away armor and exposing mechanics and circuitry.
[23:03] Eric: # Nanoha and Fate!
[23:04] Nerdorama09: [Fate] Fate's shields intercept the beam before it can hit any structures! It is carving through the shields exremely quickly, though, and closing in on a direct hit on Fate!

[23:04] Eric: Optimus jumps by and yanks the two girls out of the way, one in each hand, before they are disintigrated by the beam!+'
[23:05] Nerdorama09: Optimus grabs the girls and the slightly ablated All Spark blast passes through where they used to be, taking out another poor skyscraper.

[23:06] Eric: He can only hope that the skyscraper was evacuated by now

The Corona crouches down before its thrusters suddenly flare to life and the Prominence Armor jumps into the air. Even if its flight speed sucks, it can still get a quick start this way. And with nothing but her HFM Blade left, Julia stabs with it into Starscream's exposed circuitry.+

[23:09] wyvernpies: "Eat cutting-edge, Herrera Futuristics weaponry!"

[23:10] UltimateSalsa: *Chrono frowns, popping his head up from the car he'd ducked behind. "Not a lot of magic left... I've only got enough left for one more big spell and my teleport home. In that case... S2U, Blaze Cannon!" A bright light issues from the end of S2U and fires a white beam of death in Starscream's general direction.+
[23:10] Nerdorama09: [Julia] Starscream yowls in pain as the blade digs in, viciously elbowing the Corona off of him, crushing in part of the cockpit.

[23:11] wyvernpies: "I-I'm alright!" she eventually chokes out. "I gave a lot more than I took... it's just a little cramped in here!"
[23:12] Nerdorama09: [Chrono] Starscream takes the Blaze Cannon head on just as he finishes shaking of the Bind. The artifact in his hands shields his important circuitry, but he's looking severely melted.
[23:12] Jockey: Michael: *considering he only had one weapon pod he was a little limited in options, however that wasn't going to stop him from being the GREAT AMERICAN HERO he is! He rushes over to the previously abandoned Shark Launchers and proceeded to amp up the power feed to them from Wolf's reserves! This is potentially as dangerous as a TWIN MAXIMUM DRIVE FOLKS! DON'T TRY IT AT HOME!!! "YAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" The weapons crackled ominously "HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOOOOW?!?!?!?" Starscream? Prepare to find yourself faced with a pair of the biggest damn sharks you have ever seen. THE MIGHTY MEGALODONS+

[23:17] Nerdorama09: Meanwhile, Nanoha, your rather beleaguered device seems to be concerned. "MASTER. HIGH ENERGY REACTION CONTINUING. HIGH PROBABILITY OF FURTHER DAMAGE."
[23:18] Alwalid: Nanoha's now very concerned.
[23:18] Alwalid: Nanoha: I have to help them.
[23:19] AF: Bulkhead is COMPLETELY OUT OF HIS LEAGUE here and he knows it. He looks over at his respected leader. "Prime, what are we gonna do?"
[23:20] Nerdorama09: [Fate] Starscream, unable to resist the urge to show off his beam, counters Fate's FEEEEBLE organic attack with another All Spark blast. Fate's attack is overwhelmed easily, but..! This time, the All Spark blast is somehow consumed in a black sphere the size of several city blocks.
[23:21] Nerdorama09: Once the black sphere disappears, no damage from that particular attack is apparent. Where the attack would have been is the pink-haired mage, looking rather exhausted from effort.
[23:21] Jockey: Michael:...[Felt something give way as the Wolf collapses.]...This...isn't good.
[23:21] Eric: Optimus narrows his eyes as the soles of his feet grow climbing spikes. "We've got to get the AllSpark out of his servos"

[23:25] Alwalid: And with that, Nanoha finally concedes.

[23:26] Nerdorama09: (Optimus, Nanoha. You might want to coordinate this some. Bulkhead can also still act.)
[23:26] TenebraeLunaXIII: Fate slowly nods in recognition to the one who has just helped them but was also a formidable enemy. "I'm Fate Testarossa. And you are?"
[23:26] Alwalid: A rather large magic circle is formed in front of her.
[23:26] Eric: Optimus: "Distract him! I'll attack from above and get the AllSpark from his hands."
[23:27] Eric: *While Starscream is distracted by his new toy and the people on the ground, Optimus Prime climbs up the outside of a nearby building until he is high enough to leap on Starscream from above and grab onto the AllSpark, ideally ripping it straight out of his hands!+
