[Shotaro had no idea that the pilot of that red robot that shoved away Maki's Fist was such a cutie! Still, she saved their asses out there, so he decided to find her himself]

Ah, excuse me, miss? [There's a sharp-dressed Detective approaching you, Kallen] My name is Shotaro Hidari. I was the one that... got split into two Kamen Riders out in that last battle. [Yeah, still trying to wrap his head around how that worked, really.] I just wanted to thank you for coming in when you did. I'm not sure how things would have turned out if you hadn't.

Sure. I'm glad I could help.

I think you guys were handling yourselves alright, though. It seems to me that White Chalice has a lot of talented pilots and fighters.

I wouldn't know. This my first time setting foot on the ship, just like you. Though I'm happy you have confidence in my abilities.

Ah… sorry. To be honest, there have been a lot of names and faces today. Guess it's been a little hard for me to keep track.

But, since we're both new… what do you think of this place so far?

Uhm. Whats a Britania and what are the Black Knights?

Britannia is a nation that uses its military strength to prey on countries that were damaged or completely devastated by the Second Impact. A lot of the time they'll target nations like Japan, which have valuable resources that they loot and hoard. Zero created that Black Knights to act as knights for justice and stop Britannia's tyranny.

Tyrants and vigilantes! The little guy standing up against an unstoppable legion of giants! Now that is interesting! I wonder why I've never heard of any of this..... Could you tell me more about it?

Britannia isn't so unstoppable. They're bigger than us now, but we've got fighting spirit and Zero on our side. We'll liberate Japan, and I bet we'll do it sooner rather than later. There are a lot of people counting on us.

[ Char can be found in one of the lounges, reading what appears to be a letter. He sees Kallen, raises his head, and motions for her to come join him in a nearby chair. ]

You were the pilot of the Guren Mk. II, correct? My name is Char Aznable. A pleasure to meet you.

[She comes over and takes a seat.]

Char Aznable… it's a pleasure to meet you, too.

White Chalice has a lot of skilled pilots at its disposal, doesn't it? I think I might start feeling a little intimidated.

I'm flattered, but I'm sure you saw that I didn't perform as well as I should have. The Zeong was destroyed. You, on the other hand... I was impressed.

Sure. But you must have taken out about a dozen units before you went down. That's the way you do it. If I had all the enemies focused on me, the same thing would've happened.

But thanks. I'm just glad to do whatever I can. It wasn't long before we struggled to get even a single motorcycle. Now we have our own unit of Knightmare Frames, plus the Guren--and we're fighting alongside you guys, too. It's all happened really fast.

Zero. [Suddenly, someone is standing up a little straighter.]

It's… alright that I gave them my name, isn't it? I think we can trust these people, since they're working with us now. But I suppose I should have asked you first…

[Aaaand someone just ignored the question.]

Well, it hasn't been that hard talking to these people. I think I've made a decent first impression. They do seem impressed from they've seen on the battlefield. There are a lot of Japanese on board, too.

Initially I wasn't sure who's the bad guy here. But I guess all the doubts are gone at this point, at least as far as the opinions of people on this ship are concerned.

Well, not everyone's opinion. But that shouldn't matter, should it? What's your opinion of Zero and the Black Knights?

[Not to put you on the spot or anything.]

Zero's working towards a good goal, but I'm not sure about his methods. Killing all the Britannian tyrants? That's not how a revolution works. New ones will appear to replace them instantly.

Also, he likes theatrics so much the air smells of ham just from his presence. In other words, he will get along well with most of White Chalice.

Those aren't his only methods. He has bigger plans than that.

As for the theatrics, they aren't that over the top… are they?
