Just a monthly status update thing (backdated to after Ichitaka's leave)

[Yuu is just staring at the empty dock in the hangar where the Rushbird was standing only a day earlier.]

So he took flight on his own...

[Strangely enough, Ichitaka's aloof older brother doesn't seem all too upset. He does bring a hand up to his chin after a moment or two, though.]

...Maybe I should have let him borrow the wings.

Hey! Where'd Ichi and the Rushbird go?

He left this.

[He hands Lowe a note: it's just Ichitaka saying that he's off to look for gramps on his own for a bit.]

[Read read.]

Can't blame him, really.

[Nod.]

He has been through a lot...

And I trust him enough to be able to handle himself. He did take care to bring along some of his things, at least.

[But when it comes to GreAT, you can never be too sure, really.]

... The Rushbird can use the Stray's wings?

Well...yes. Something like that.

[It's also something he's been hiding from Ichitaka...]

So the strengths of both machines all wrapped up in one impressive package then!

... The Stray'd get let out in the rain though.

Straybird not doing much isn't the problem; it would still have some of its weapons at least.

Well, if it were that simple, I'd have left it in Ichitaka's care without hesitating.

Another hothead leaves the ship to play hero on his own, it seems...

Looks like it.

But I know better than to try to stop him by now.

He will be back, right? I hope he won't rush into something stupid, even if the name of his robot just encourages that behaviour.

He will, in about two to three weeks...Lowe anticipated the latter, I'm going with the former.
