The Titans lost their main political allies. They still need to be chased out of the Colonies, however. Hopefully, that can be achieved before Axis arrives.

I believe the opposite is happening. The reports coming in indicate that the Federation is succumbing to public pressure to reign them in, now that Adventus is all but considered a group of radical extremists after HALO.

Though if I know anything about the Titans, they won't take it lying down.
