[A dose of Rim's coffee may have revived Laura enough to help out against HALO and Alessandra's strongest tea may have kept her going through a little of the post-victory jubilation, but it didn't take long for fatigue to return in force and only now, hours later, has she revived enough to potter about the ship looking for people to congratulate

I wouldn't really know to be honest... all the tea I had at the Seattle Colony came in bags. When you have to import a lot of resources, you really don't get a lot of luxuries.

Bags are a perfectly legitimate way to prepare tea! It may not be the right sort for Mejirean ceremonies but it's what I grew up on.

Is this another part of medical training, Dita? Or something you do for fun?

It's part of the cultural training actually. People do this for fun though. But it's a nice thing to do, and to share stories and gossip and whatever else comes your way!

[Pouring four cups of tea, she smiled at them.] Drink up!

[And Julia was all too happy to take her cup and take a nice, deep sip, almost brightening up immediately.]

Wow... it certainly has a different feel than all the tea I drank back home!

[Well of course it would be, Laura refrains from saying as she looks around the decor again. True enough, though, she's relaxing a bit from having seemed a little uncertain when she arrived, and tries to give Christine a reassuring smile. She remembers being in that position...]

Stories and gossip, eh? That could be a real can of worms, on this ship. Or maybe that just means it's more important to stay on top of everything...

[Christine took a sip of her own tea, smiling a bit at the taste. She blinked as she noticed Laura smiling at her before returning the smile, calming down a bit.]

It can't be too bad, can it? I mean, we're all in this together, so...

...There was that time we tried to make Devon wear shoes.
