Great -- and someone depressing -- story, well done. It's probably unrelated, but I'm curious: Are you a fan of the TV show "Lost"?

I am, but I've only seen the first season, and a few episodes from... Season Three, I think it was? The season that had the writer's strike. I'd like to watch it all now that it's done.

I was just curious, because your Sawyer seemed a lot like the one on Lost -- on the surface. There was a character named Penny on the show, but I don't think she showed up until S4.

Ah. I just needed a name. It was originally going to be Matthew, but I couldn't think of a last name. Sawyer came to me because of a friend's character, so I switched the name around to be Sawyer Matthews ( ... )
