Summary: Sixteen months after Reid's death, Luke is still struggling to move on, even if no one else notices. [This is a multi-chaptered fic. There will still be a lot of Reid, just in ways you might not have expected.]

hee! I used to live in NE Ohio, and my sis still lives there, and the Winking Lizard is the bar she goes to all the time (she does the beer tour).. so my thought is it's somehow related to Luke's alcohol issues

Haha. Yeah, I know xD I really should focus on 'Avery' and 'Summer Camp' but this has been bugging me for about a week now and I knew I had to start it IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING the end of the show.

And thank you! I ADORE the idea of Luke and Noah as best friends. I really hope I captured that here, how Luke truly does depend on Noah, even if not romantically, and how much they still love each other. <3

I know the feeling!
I have three new ideas for fics and I want to post them like now, but I only have one of them planned out properly witrh chapters written!

As a hardcore Nukie before Reid came along, I was devastated when Noah was all like, 'I can't be friends with you.' I wanted to punch him in the face!

But their last scene together, I thought, was perfect! And even though some people are all like 'I can't believe he kissed Luke >:(' I'm really glad Noah kissed him! It was like closure!

So, yeah in my head they're best friends now!

YES! i was a diehard nukie, too, and i was so mad at noah for saying they couldn't be friends, even if i did understand a little. and the final scene with nuke... oh man. i was BAWLING. i thought it was perfect and the kiss, so wonderful and necessary in my opinion. when noah walked out... yeah. i was a blubbering mess xD <3
