Subscribing to Notes on Facebook

In answer to Jeff's query in my previous post, and in particular to address Cosmo's dislike of Facebook, I'll provide instructions on how to subscribe to my Facebook notes. Once you subscribe, links to my notes will appear in your browser's bookmarks tab. And since the link is an RSS feed, the links will automatically update themselves as I post ( Read more... )

Ah, I see that signing up with facebook is a prerequisite for this. Is there some alternative? I really would like to stay updated, so if there's some way around this problem, that would be great.

There's a lil' too much social networking in that social networking site for my taste.

Jeff, in general, why don't you sign up on facebook, but provide all false information? Fake name, fake background, fake age., etc. That way no one will friend you. I don't mention this merely so that you can access my notes -- rather, it provides a way to access stuff on FB without having to engage in social networking.
