Glad to see you're doing better :-) While I totally understand your metaphor, I just have to point out, as somewhat of an authority on breasts and all, that implants can kill you, too. They can pop, or leak, or your body can reject them. Besides, seeing you with a nice pair of boobs would be a bit jarring ;-)
