i've been listening to old music too, lol. like... like queen, the beatles, spandau ballet, bob dylan. i always feel like i'm that much more of a proper fan of music when i can say 'oh yeah i love them' idk why. it always seems like if you listen to the old stuff you're like...a legit music fan, you know? that probably didn't make any sense lol.

And I totally understand what you mean about the old music and being a fan... I mean,they're the foundations that have inspired so many other artists, and it seems if you listen to them, you're like.. "old school" or something. But I think you should also listen to the old stuff because you like it, too. I'll try to listen to other old stuff, but if I don't like it i won't listen again. But yes. hahaha. That was all quite convulted... Is that the spelling?

My guitar skills, I can assure you, are non-existent, and that's not me trying to be modest. I've kind of given up on ever being able to play hahaha.

omg you should! uhm... knocking on heaven's door, blowing in the wind... just. download his best of basically. there are so many songs that are like 'oh wait he did the original?!' it's awesome. i'd love to get more of his stuff but he has 33 albums and i'm just like O.O i'll never listen to 33 albums so i've settled for the best of ahaha. i feel like such a cop-out :/

omg same. my uncle gave me his guitar aaages ago and i just... i'm a bit scared to touch it ahaha. and he gave it to me with a broken string so i'm like... uhhhhh. idk how to tune it let alone change a string O.O

a broken string? aw :( well. i think when we get some spare time we should get strumming and ruin music around the world. I think mine needs tuning... that's something i don't know how to do either. LOL.
