Yes, please do make more icons! Your qaf graphics in the previous post made me melt into a puddle of goo, and though I don't watch grey's anatomy, I took a peek at the icons anyway. I love your style, it's so simple and clean, but the colouring and way you've cropped them makes them so interesting to look at.

And, hey. No idea icon making took so much effort! I shall leave more credit in future to talented icon makers.

And...100 icons? Srsly? I must look into that - I do have my own IJ, but no posts and haven't done anything with the layout (I want a qaf one, have a header, but I haven't found the time to figure out how to make it on IJ).

Still. Think I'm going to start x-posting all my fic there.

And why don't you ask the mods on the existing qaf icon comms to set up a mirror comm on IJ? I know lots of fandom comms like bjfic have already done it.

I now wanna know what this whole "Marathon of Pain" thing is. Sounds interesting.

It depends on the picture. Sometimes you have to work with it a lot, other times you only need to add one or two effects.

The mod of qaficons is no longer active in the fandom. At the request of several people, I created a qaf icons community on IJ. You can find it here.

Speaking of IJ, I love it there :) 100 icons is an amazing thing! And most of qaf communities are active there. The Marathon of Pain was held on IJ's qaf_marathons by xie_xie_xie. It's a recap of the most painful episodes of qaf - the 216-220 arc. Xie did it beautifully, and it hurt very much. You can find them here: 16 | 17 | 18 | 19 and 20. Have a box of Kleenex at hand if you plan on reading them.

Oh, *ouch*. That was a painful, painful marathon (yeah, I marathoned from 214 to the end of the series. I couldn't think coherently for a week, and every time I heard one of the songs in my head I just about cried).

Awesome about IJ. Since I've revamped this journal and my writing journal, I'm going to make an effort over at IJ, and probably post fics there. Purely because I want the shiny 100 icons, of course.

That's probably the best description of qaf fans I've ever heard! I guess that's way we deal moderately well with pain on fanfiction. We're used to it from the series!

I think being insane is a requisite to enter the qaf fandom. It comes with the territory, I'm afraid ;)
