Loooooove the banner! :)

The game was kinda... crap, honestly. But the penalties were a nail-biter.

SEMI-FINALS OMG OMG OMG!!!!

Yep, I agree. But I'm glad we've been somehow pretty damn lucky. When Petit didn't score I thought for sure it was the end, but it seems Ricardo has more lives than a cat. Not that I'm complaining ;)

I only saw the first half of the game and had someone recount to me what happened in the second half, OT, and penalty kicks. Congrats to your team for winning! I wish I could have watched the entire thing.

Thanks. The last minutes of the game were intense. I think my heart stopped a few times. And during the penalty kicks I actually held my breath. I had almost given up hope, and it was really unbelievable when we won. France won't be easy though. Not easy at all. *Tries to be prepared for another nerve wrecking game*

How have you been?

Yeah, France is starting to play like a team now, and Henry is such an amazing forward that I couldn't blame Brazil for not being able to stop him from breaching their defenses.

I've been well, thank you. I just came back from a hangout/sleepover thing at midnitemaraud_r's place, which is literally a block from the beach. I've been playing a lot lately, and as a result haven't touched my thesis a bit and my job hunt is half-hearted at best. And with the World Cup and Wimbleton, I'm really not motivated to do anything related to school or work, lol.

I know the feeling. *sigh* My exams are almost done, only one left to go. I feel like I should already be on vacation, as everywhere I look everyone is having a good time. School sucks, sometimes. But don't worry, you're just recharging. The world cup is almost over, soon you'll be back on track. It can't be all hard work ;)
