i love how it's easy to shoot certain people down. the problem is they completely don't understand.

told him upfront that it was shitty to ask people to give him those, likening it to asking: "hey, i know you're stickering up for a rather expensive sbux planner, but can you give me all your stickers because i want one too?"

and he DIDN'T GET WHY I WAS SLIGHTLY UNIMPRESSED.

I was going to fail and ask wtf a sbux card is, because clearly I am a n00b to these hip and trendy things.

Also, Starbucks =/= the liquid of life. No, really, it isn't. :|

Buy a drink, get a card, fill it up with 1 stamp per purchase, fill the card up by the end of the year (it's a BIG FUCKING CARD) and get a really sexy year planner for next!

I must ask about this in the Starbucks in Germany! Considering I go there once every 4 or 5 months for NY cheesecake and a cup of that dribbly hot chocolate, so I can pretend I'm all cool (yes, I bring in a notebook and write), it might take me several years to fill it up.

I admit, I'm not a huge water drinker, but still... :|
