how did your house fair? you guys in memphis still?

yeah, we're still in Memphis. Our house is gone. My car may or may not be gone (it's at the grand garage).
Mat has an interview in Tunica tomorrow for a temporary job. We still aren't sure what we'll end up doing in the long run. I guess it depends on how quickly things get going on the coast again. We really don't have much to go back for, but I really don't want to end up here.

I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too bad you couldn't come up to Springfield. There's a Ruby's right down the road from the apartment. Oh well. You'll get up here some time. i've tried to call you for awhile and haven'. t been able to get through. i love you too. to be honest, besides being closer i thought mom would drive me nuts and that is why i chose orlando. i do want to come visit soon i miss you guys like crazy. i love you bunches!!!

honestly, Mom has been great

and you better come visit soon...last night we were all in the kitchen making dinner and I said, "I wish April was here" we could have game nights and watch movies and do actual family fun stuff!

Mom wants the three of us to sing a trio at my church when you come..I figured we could sing 'Wonderful, Merciful Savior' since you love it so much and it would be an awesome trio

Don't get attached to Florida. It sucks in people and eats them whole. You have the spirit of a New Orleanian, not a dull ass floridian. Bide your time then run the hell as soon as you can.

thanks. i don't plan on getting attached. i am very homesick and can't wait to get back to somewhere more normal tho i am not sure where. i talked to charles tonight and he made me feel better. he also reminded me that age and amber are like an hour away so any time i need some craziness to remind me of home i think i will escape and see them. take care and hopefully i can get my life back to normal here soon.
