I had a baby chipmonk this year who looked just about like that. All head and not much else. He had running down, but not walking, so he wobbled a lot. He was SO much fun to watch! He could only handle millet from the bird feeders, but he was already stuffing that into his teeny tiny cheek pouches. I kept waiting for him to fall over face-first from the extra weight.
