Just heard some bad news today. My best friend is out of a job in 2 weeks time 'cos the shop he worked in is shutting.

Can anyone help me find him a new one?

He's a great fella and very dependable, with a few years retail management experience. He doesn't really know what he wants to do, but any offers or advice would be very welcome.

heh. Joe never really got on with agencies. They weirded him out.

Also they snatch 15-20% of your pay, which is just cheeky. I was hoping nepotism and inside contacts could find better work for him than any agent could.
