In the kitchen there is a beast called sourdough. You have to feed the beast or it will die. But the more you feed it, the more of it there is, so you find yourself asking "What in the hell am I going to make with all this sourdough?" So as in ages past, you try things, or like I do, just look stuff up, and you can use it to make a bevy of things. ( Read more... )

Homemade tomato sauce is great. Each good one needs a secret ingredient. I put my faith in Balsamic vinegar.

Meanwhile, Tunstall is a pure, liquified shot of average.
