We all need more naked friends. I am sorry I cannot be one of your naked friends, I am too shy as of yet :(
Your gestures look pretty nice so far, though! Gesture drawing was my favorite in figure drawing class. Since I tended to think of it more as practice with putting movement/weight/correct proportions into figures than actual anatomy, it helped me to over-exaggerate things a little, and to simplify forms as much as possible, so that, for example, the curve of a back is one line instead of three (even if it isn't strictly accurate). Though, if you are aiming for a better, quicker eye for all the specifics of anatomy, this isn't a good plan at all.
Hahaha, it's ok! I don't think I'd feel ok being someone's naked friend at this juncture, either... However, if ever you need a friend in their pajamas, I'm happy to offer my services!
That's sort of my goal! I want to get better with drawing figures quickly, understanding weight distribution/balance, poses, and just generally being better at drawing forms and simplifying.
