I don't know what it makes me, but I still LOVE Crass.
It let me know there are others out there that don't belong as much as me.

I find it very challenging being senior in Aikido. I want to teach the junior I'm working with everything at once. Then they start getting the deer in headlights look.
I'm not a good teacher

well i don't know about Aikido, but if it's any consolation you are always able to convey information effectively and clearly to me. Even when you're cranky and swinging info around like a club it still is viable and succinct. I'd say you're a good teacher for sure.

Well, with written information, there are other sources to look at and time needed to examine it. With physical movement, you have to get it right kinda faster. I'm a good info-blugeoner at least :D

I disagree.

I have learned alot from inciteful conversations and exchanges with you. Teaching in whatever medium takes time and patinece, try doing one thing at a time, focus on it, practice it then do something else. repeat before combining them all.

I do belive that You can learn more from teaching than you ever can from learning.

I understood what you meant.
Well, if I can learn to just do one thing at a time, I may learn to become a good teacher, but it doesn't come on instinct for me in this instance.
Thank you though.

Try when they start getting that paniced look to have them ask questions, that way maybe they can help focus on one thing at a time for you.

Martial arts classes are really the place to stop and ask questions though. After class questions are fine, during you should keep moving though.
I agree, but, the setting is different, so I have to learn new methods.
