How often do you bite your cheeks

I tend to bit this one particular spot on the corner of my lip about once or twice a week. Other spots rarely (once every few months?).

The inside of my cheeks I used to bite occasionally as a kid, but it's been years and years since I did that. I think that stopped as the shape of my face/jaw changed as I grew up.

I tend to do it every few weeks or so. My daughter does that often as well, so it could be heredity.
