I lost 3.5 pounds this past week, so I’m back on track. That’s 18.5 pounds since I restarted my diet this year and a total of 52.5 pounds since my highest weight. I think this may be the lowest weight I’ve been at since packing on the pounds my junior year of high school

I've set my goal at 74 pounds if you add in what I lost before and this 40-pound goal and I could STILL stand to lose more weight. I am a big girl. ;)

It took me a good year of doing that before I was ready to start dieting again. So if you want to lose weight, do it when you're ready. I hope that doesn't sound like lame advice, but you'll do it when you're ready. And you're gorgeous either way. :)

I lost about 14 pounds in January after I went through that huge split and was so excited. But that was from depression leading to a loss of appetite (rare in me) and I quickly gained it all back. SIGH.
