Last weekend i sold some of my junk at the car boot sale. It was kind of fun although I kept my prices very low which is the only reason I sold stuff. And even then, people kept trying to knock me down. I sold most of my stuff for 50p. Some woman tried to reduce my rubik snake down to 20p which I refused to do. Ten minutes later a young man

OH. My. GAWD. I know exactly what you mean!! I had a garage sale earlier in the year and we were super reasonable with our prices. Just like you, marked very low. And yet people STILL haggled their asses off.

And sometimes you would have something for $4 and they'd be all "I'll give you $2"... and so occasionally I would say "How about $3?" And then they would just drop it and walk away giving me a glare like I was asking for soooo much.

It's awful! I hated dealing with that bullshit!!!!! Stupid damn people.

Next time (if there is a next time) i'm raising my prices. That bloody woman had the cheek to tell her child that the snake was only worth '10p'. I wanted to suggest she try to buy one new or even on e-bay. Silly cow.
