There's a blister on my inner bottom lip and I've been dabbing salt on it. Mini sharp pain, but ... I kinda enjoy tasting the salt after. Gotta stop before my kidneys starts up a protest

LOL, well, only this wedding was really fun... most of the others were a pretty boring affair, and the only highlight is the food LOL. Sometimes you'd get karaoke sets at wedding dinners and it's a... painful experience, to say the least. Seriously, imagine super-tone-deaf and drunk at the microphone trying to sing "My heart will go on"? I don't get it, the good singers never come out to sing >.<. Worse if you're sitting next to the gianto speakers....

better and less irritating than those weddings who show you a slideshow of how the couple met (I dont need to be reminded that I'm single and the clock is ticking!!)
Eh, they got show how they met... But it was really sweet la, because it was editted well and the music that accompanied it matched! I don't like the slides of studio wedding pictures though. Find them bland since 99% of them look unnatural and uncomfortable [>.<]!

Yep! But sometimes the things they have to do so cham le... one time this guy had to eat 3 durians, and drink 2 litres of water O_o! If I remember correctly, he went home then aww-lee-too...
The most boring 'rescue the bride' mission was my other cousin's. They went to the bride's apartment, but no matter how long they knock, call, there was no reply. So they fed up, and one of them used bobby pins and what-not to unlock the door (don't ask me where he learnt it ^_^;;;). When they went in, all the qi muis' face damn sour >.

Aiyoh, nice speech! Most of the wedding dinners I attended had the couple speaking in mandarin.... :((( No fun. *doesn't get jokes in mandarin*

Same here! I don't enjoy most weddings because they will speak in Mandarin!!! Cantonese is still okay, but I'm not that fluent in it either.
